Lidel Construction played a key role in expanding critical infrastructure at Foundation Park, enabling the future development of large commercial and industrial facilities. Our team successfully installed 9,500 feet of sewer pipe while overcoming complex site challenges, including the need for non-standard manhole inverts. By working closely with a local concrete contractor, we ensured precise installation and long-term reliability. This project paved the way for new developments, including CJ Foods and other large-scale businesses, supporting economic growth in the Sioux Falls region.
